VIP Benefits
The higher your VIP level, the greater the cashback percentage credited daily. xxx99 Elite members receive up to 20% cashback on net daily losses — credited automatically every morning.
From the Platinum tier and above, you get a personal account manager available for direct contact. No need to queue in general support — your issues are resolved with full priority.
Xxx99 VIP members enjoy daily withdrawal limits far higher than regular members. Diamond and Elite have no standard limit restrictions — you can withdraw big wins without splitting transactions.
From birthday gifts to upgrade bonuses and promotional offers unavailable to regular members — xxx99 makes sure every VIP milestone you reach is celebrated with something meaningful.
VIP member withdrawal requests are processed with the highest priority. xxx99 Diamond and Elite members enjoy instant processing with no waiting in the standard processing queue.
The xxx99 system monitors your wagering progress in real time. When you reach the next level's threshold, the upgrade happens automatically and new benefits activate instantly — no action required on your part.

For players who take their online gaming experience seriously, a VIP program is one of the key factors in choosing the right platform. At xxx99, the VIP program is more than just a label or a title — it's a real, transparent rewards system that delivers value you can feel in every session.
Many Malaysian players who have played on other platforms find their VIP programs full of hard-to-meet conditions or benefits that offer no real value. At xxx99, we take a different approach — every VIP benefit is designed to deliver a direct impact on your gaming experience, not just impressive numbers on paper.
The xxx99 VIP Program uses an automated system that monitors your cumulative wagering total over a set period. You don't need to register separately for the VIP program or submit any application — the system tracks your progress and upgrades happen automatically once you reach the required threshold.
For example, once your cumulative wagering total exceeds RM5,000, your account is automatically upgraded from Bronze to Silver. Silver benefits — including 8% cashback and higher withdrawal limits — activate immediately with no delay. You'll receive a notification in your xxx99 account each time an upgrade occurs.
Here's what matters: the wagering amount counted is actual bets placed in games — not deposits. This means every ringgit you wager, whether in slots, sports, or table games, contributes to your VIP progress.
One of the most notable benefits in the xxx99 VIP Program is the progressively increasing cashback rate. At Bronze level, you already enjoy 5% daily cashback — something many other platforms only offer weekly or not at all. When you reach Gold, the daily cashback rises to 12%, and at Elite level, you receive up to 20% cashback on your net daily losses.
To put it in concrete terms: if you play and incur a net loss of RM500 in a day, as an xxx99 Elite member you will receive RM100 cashback the following day. This is real money credited to your account automatically — not "game credits" or "bonus funds" with heavy wagering requirements.
The wagering requirement for VIP cashback is also among the most player-friendly in the industry — just 3x. That means you can withdraw your cashback wins far more easily compared to other platforms that impose 10x to 20x wagering requirements on their cashback.
From the Platinum tier and above, xxx99 assigns every member a dedicated personal account manager for direct contact. This means you have a direct point of contact who understands your playing profile, your account history, and can resolve any issue in far less time than general support.
Your xxx99 personal account manager can assist with personalised bonus management, priority withdrawal issue resolution, tailored promotion recommendations based on your play style, and direct updates on your VIP progress. They can also help you understand complex promotion terms, breaking them down in a clear and straightforward way.
The xxx99 VIP Program is designed to be fair and easy to understand. Your VIP status is calculated based on cumulative wagering over a set period. Once you reach a level, you stay there for a minimum period before a review is carried out — so you don't need to worry about your status dropping suddenly because of one less active week.
Xxx99 believes that loyal players should be rewarded consistently — not only when they are active. That is why our system is designed to provide stability for VIP members while continuing to encourage active engagement through ever-increasing benefits.
